Syncing Talent with Music
I operate audio playback of music tracks for musical narrative films, music videos, national TV commercials and more. I often use speakers to keep talent in sync with music and I have even used hidden in ear monitors for talent when a Sound Mixer is recording broadcast sound. This film required audio playback most days for musical scenes on location involving singing and some timed actions. The number of performers ranged from 1 to about 100 in each scene requiring to be in sync while recording broadcast quality sound as often as possible.

Even though there is no singing or dancing in this piece, I was asked to help the Camera moves to be in sync with talent's movements by creating cue marks for the music tracks, and metronome at the head and tail of each track.
